Fight against a computer or your friends to your favorite BGM. When there's a party, this is the mode you want to be in.
Defeat waves of enemies, strengthening your character along the way, and reach the bottom level of Kagutsuchi.
In addition to basic stat boosts, and gauge regenaration, there are items in the game that will significantly increase certain characters' abilities.
Clearing a stage will heal a little bit of a characters' HP. But, beware of tougher boss opponents as you traverse deeper into the abyss.
Since this mode is won with a single round, there is no option to continue.
Fight against the computers with regulated settings and compete for the highest score.
Choose one out of the four courses available, where each course will have a different set of opponents. Also, fulfilling certain conditions, such as landing a 10+ hit combo, will boost scores with bonus points. Post your best score on the leaderboards.
Defeat 10 opponents to finish the mode. Note, however, there are no continues, and changing the difficulty in the options will not affect Score Attack Mode.
Fight against extremely intelligent computers and try to get the highest score. If you are connected to the PlayStation Network, you can post your scores on the ranking boards.

Store and Replay Match Videos, Playback matches of the past to hone your skills, or show off to your friends. You can even analyze matches with the top fighters.
Note, matches played offline cannot be stored, however, it is possible to download other players' replay data from the Rankings.
